The files we accept are .JPG, Flattened.PSD, .PDF and .TIFF. All files must be Flattened so it is just pixel data with no fonts attached.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT: Illustrator Files, Quark files, Firework Files, Flash Files, Powerpoint, Publisher, MSWord, MSPaint Files.


If you submit a file for us to print there are some things you need to know about the printing industry. One of them is the fact that our computer monitors are in RGB (Red, Green Blue) color mode. But we are a 4 color printer so if you were to submit a file in RGB we have to convert it to CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) color mode. The Reds, Greens, and Blues will lose value after the conversion and it won't look the same. We require all of our files to be submitted as CMYK. If not, we will convert them for you and there will be some color deviation. To get the closest match of how your job is going to look when printed design it in CMYK color mode.


We are a high-resolution printer so we require all submitted files to be 300 dpi (Dots Per Inch).


A bleed is a graphic that extends to the edge of a sheet or page after trimming. You can have images that "bleed" off the edge of the design. Any graphic that extends past the original canvas size is considered a bleed. It will be trimmed to the size of the job so the graphics that extend will be trimmed. You do not want to have text bleeding off the edges because they will get cut and you will lose important information in the process.

In addition to the bleed area we recommend that you leave a margin around the outside of your printing project too. Because you don't want the text to be flush up against the edge of your printing project---so we recommend 1/8 inch all around your files for bleed that will be cut off & an additional 1/16-1/8th inch of a margin. Our cutters are very precise but generally we need to cut 1/16" to 1/8" into your job so there is no white border. If your text goes all the way to the edge you could even lose parts of your text.

We recommend that your file sizes should be .25 bigger than the cut project will be at completion. In other words, if you're designing a business card that will be 3.5"x2"upon completion, you would submit a file that was 3.75"x2.25". We're going to be cutting off the extra .25 inch (or 1/8th inch from each side) If you're doing a 4"x6" postcard, the submitted files need to be 4.25"x6.25" 300 DPI in CMYK.


1.) Turnaround
Orders leave our press between 24 hours & 1 week typically from the date they are submitted to us. We don't guarantee any specific turnaround time-because it is affected by coatings & die cuts & paper types & quantity ordered, but our customers have been thrilled with the speed they have received their projects & we're sure you will be too.

2.) Payment
All orders must be prepaid due to the speed of our turnaround. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & pay pal to If you would like to pay by check or money order you can but we will hold up the printing until the check has cleared (usually 2 full weeks). 3.) Prices
Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates (email or snail mail) are good for 30 days. Estimates or quotes not accepted within 30 days may be changed.

4.) Orders reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems immoral or illegal. is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to for printing and or publication.

5.) Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy
Each job is custom created for its owner; it cannot be reused or resold. Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

6.) Liability's liability is limited to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods & shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation. Lost profits. warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. It is expressly agreed that this warranty is in lieu of all warranties of fitness for particular use and merchantability. makes no other warranty and no actions or words of or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.

7.) Indemnification
The customer represents that it has the legal right to produce all printed material ordered from In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a "Claim") is made or commenced against based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by ordered by the customer: (a) infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person; or (b) contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene, the customer shall indemnify and hold harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the Claim including without limitation; (1) defending against any such Claim (2.) paying any judgment or award against the customer; and (3) reimbursing for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.

8.) Electronic Manuscripts/Images
It is the client's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, artwork and transparencies. is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied Artwork furnished by the client. Until can evaluate digital input, no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates. does not archive your work for longer than it takes to produce the final product. 9.) Prepress Proofs
When requested by the customer, will submit color proofs for the customer's review and approval. Changes to proofs must be made in writing & final proof must be accepted in writing (email is fine). Proofs are submitted to our customers via email & are electronic & in RGB color mode so the exact color of the printed project will not be the same as on the proof as we are a CMYK color printer. The proof is sent to give a basic idea of how the printed product will be produced-to the best ability of the electronic media that is available. By approving the proof the customer is stating they have checked all spelling and addresses & phone numbers for accuracy & are the last review & completely responsible for all spelling & typing errors there are on the final proof. Please view them carefully.

10.) The Guarantee of Color and Exact Color Matching
Because of the differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing & production pressroom operations, a "pleasing color" variation between color proofs and the completed job (as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods) is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. We do not guarantee an exact color match to the art submitted. If the art is submitted as a color mode other than CMYK we will convert the color mode to CMYK. If there is a color shift we are not responsible for that color shift. is not liable for color shifts and there will be no credits or refunds given.

11.) Overruns & under runs will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount. In the event of an under run, may bill for the actual quantity delivered. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 5%. All packages are weighed before departure and meet our weight specifications for the amount packaged. If you receive a quantity less than 5% of the industry standards for over/under runs then please inspect the box for shipping damage. Shipping damage is generally the culprit for product shortages.

12.) Delivery
Charges for delivery of materials and supplies from the client or the client's supplier to are not included in quotations unless specified. is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping. Title for finished work passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point, or upon mailing of invoices for the finished work or its segments, whichever comes first.

13.) Claims
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 10 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Top-Dog and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that's performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications. You must inspect the product upon receipt. If any of the product is used then a claim is null and void.

14.) Disputes & Venue
For legal purposes, the venue for any dispute shall be Citrus County, Florida, USA

15.) Workmanship
Because of the nature of "gang run" style printing shall not be held responsible for the following issues which may occur during our production process: variation in color, offset (smudges), cutting variations, marking, picking, cutting issues, size discrepancies (over/under), and etc. Customer acknowledges that they are receiving gang run style printing at a substantial price discount and expedited delivery times and thus said printing will not be held to the same standard as traditional offset lithography nor generally accepted printing standards. While every effort will be made to satisfy our customer's needs, requests for reprints or credits based on quality issues will not be recognized.

16.)Privacy Statement
Any information collects from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes.

17.)Samples might use your product for samples or advertising purposes.

18.)Postcards for Mailing
All jobs printed UV1 are printed on C2S (Coated 2-sides) therefore will still have a slight gloss finish on the non-UV coated side. does not offer matte or uncoated products. Most inkjet systems can print onto C2S paper. Aqueous postcards are coated on both sides and are also able to be processed through most inkjet systems. It is the customer's responsibility to run samples through their inkjet or mail house's inkjet system in order to test the coating. is not responsible for ink not sticking to final printed pieces going through non-tested inkjet or labeling systems.
